Vortex Pump Sack

Huffing and puffing to fill your inflatable sleeping pad at the end of a long day on the trail is not what the folks at NEMO would call “fun camp chores.” Employing a full dose aerodynamics, NEMO developed the Vortex Pump Sack to keep heavy-breathing to a minimum. A couple of light breaths at six inches away from the wide opening is all it takes to fill the Vortex Pump Sack, which is a more rapid process than mouth-on-valve inflation. Two to three fills of the sack will inflate most sleeping pads for quick and comfortable, low-effort sleeping arrangements.
